Great service! We picked up our WiFi device right at the Arrival 2 Zurich Airport Service Desk. The friendly lady handed us the device in less than a minute. The router itself is easy to handle—you just need to power it on and then connect via QR code or PIN. The speed was amazingly fast, thanks to 5G. My wife and our two daughters connected all their macbooks and iphones and were very happy throughout our stay. And the return, we just dropped it at the service desk. Super easy....

  • How many hours does the battery last?

    A fully charged battery will last for about 10 to 12 hours of continuous use.

  • How can I charge the battery?

    A USB wall-charger and a separate Micro-USB-cable is included. You can also charge the pocket wifi router with any USB power bank.

  • What are the methods of payment on the wifio website?

    Payment can be made using PayPal and the following Credit card(s), depending on Currency: MasterCard, Visa, and Discovery.

  • How can I make free phone calls?

    As long as you are using VoIP (Voice-over-Internet Protocol) call applications such as Whatsapp, Viber, Messanger, Hangouts, Skype and more, you can use the WifiO network with no additional roaming fees.
